Karen Dixon

MANAGER COMMUNITY RELATIONS

Karen was appointed to this newly created position in 2009. A significant part of Karen’s role is in strategic planning; connecting with community organisations to facilitate strategic partnerships and for leadership development and all the internal and external communications of FAC. Karen has oversight of FAC compassion ministries, and works in consultation with other senior staff, where the compassion ministry fits within their area of oversight.

Karen has been a member of FAC since 1988. She is married to Robert. They have 2 sons, Steven (married to Renee) and Matthew. They have 2 beautiful grandchildren; Sage and Amos.
